Appreciating
Shadows
Definitely this picture is a best of mine because it’s with my best
friends. I took this picture in our last hiking trip in Nepal. We are all tired
of walking all day long up and down to the hill side, and we took perfect rest
for the night. We are all fresh next morning while warm sunlight is welcoming
us to play with. We went to the top of the building and sightseeing the
landscape, which is so amazing and refreshing. Thereafter, I noticed the shadow
and gathered my friends to make a circle and act like a crazy and actually they
are before I told them to be. It’s almost noon, so we can see our shadow even
we are in circle. It’s best among all of other picture that we took in our
whole journey, because we can feel what everyone is thinking at the moment. I
think it will be hard to find if you capture their real face or body, but here we
can see or guess clearly in this shadow with gesture.

What is interesting in our life is we don’t care or appreciate the most
fun things in our life. If one can think about any shadow surrounded by us or
take a second to see how amazing they are. Most of us are just looking at the
outer objects with colorful out layers, but nobody pay any attention to their
real shape and inner beauty. Looking at any shadow is something like opening
one’s inner vision and see totally different than what one can normally see.
I almost always remember the movie “Ray”
life about the singe Ray Charles who was a blind, but see everything better that
he need to. I remember one scene where he had been sitting with his girlfriend
and heard the bird (Hummingbird) outside the window. He know that none of them
is paying any attention accept him. That is possible because he have an inner
eye to see around him.
